We ship orders via UPS ground residential service inside the United States unless otherwise specified by you. UPS shipping rates are calculated real time based on weight and destination. We choose not to have your shipping automatically calculated because this method often overcharges for shipping. If you have any questions on shipping, please call us. Please be aware that special shipping such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select can really make a huge difference in the price of your shipping. RETURN POLICY - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please see below for information about returning merchandise to The Markal Store. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee - unless an exchange of an equal or greater value is made. Special order items are nonrefundable. To obtain a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with associated packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping - unless there was a problem or mistake on the part of The Markal Store. If your item was a FREE SHIPPING item, you will be charged the original shipping cost when you return the item. Please allow 10-15 days for your return and credit request to be processed.
